  • I need to contact my allocated claims handler

    • You will find the telephone number of your allocated claims handler on your recent correspondence. Please call the 0845 number and input your handlers 4 digit extension code.

  • I need to update the MID for my policy

    • You can update the MID in the following ways

    1. Online via the website – click here to register or login
    2. SMS via the Tradex Trade Check facility – click here to register or for more information
    3. Via your Broker (if you didn’t purchase direct) – you will find their contact details on your correspondence

    Please note: Tradex do not accept updates via post, email or telephone.

  • I need to adjust my policy

  • I want to discuss my direct debit payments
