Claims Administrator - Ministry of Justice Claims Process - based Isle of Dogs

We are looking for an individual to manage the day to day Ministry of Justice claims processes. This will include the management of the electronic notification of new claims via the MOJ portal.


Administration Assistant - based Ilford

The role will include administration duties, chasing outstanding documents, dealing with post, photocopying claims forms, filing and ording stationery.


Motor Own Damage Claims Senior Advisor - based Isle of Dogs

The successful applicant will need to have extensive own damage motor claims experience, including repairs, total loss claims, theft/fire claims. Manage individual motor own damage claims to successful conclusion. Progression towards an insurance qualification is a positive advantage.


Renewals and Account Handler - based Cannock - short term contract to cover maternity leave

We are seeking to recruit an individual who is creative and innovative to work as part of a team. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will issue renewal documents and deal with new and existing business enquiries.


Westminster First Response and Own Damage Claims Handler - based Isle of Dogs

We are looking for a confident communicator and administrator to assist in the Marketing and Retail Department to handle Westminster own damage claims from first notification to final settlement and associated activities within agreed service and quality standards. You will have a good understanding of underwriting and claims.


Major Loss Claims Manager - based Isle of Dogs

You will be responsible for a small team of specialists and will manage reinsurance claims and other complex claims, all aspects of major third party injury claims after notification to completion. An insurance qualification would be an advantage.

Claims First Response Adviser - based Isle of Dogs

We are looking for a Claims First Response Adviser who will take notification of new motor claims from customers and brokers. Your work will mainly be telephone based although you will manage claims notified electronically and by post as well.


Claims Adviser - Injury Claims - based Isle of Dogs

Reporting to the Third Party Claims Manager, the role will be to manage motor third party and EL/PL claims within agreed quality and service standard. A good understanding of Claims technical knowledge/general insurance knowledge, including MIB and relevant court processes is essential.
